Finding your reset button is a way to create balance and harmony in life. When we take ourselves out of our normal elements and find a place to be alone with our thoughts, we are able to create new visions and ideas. Some of the best places I have found provide solitude, scenic views and inspirational landscapes. These types of settings are beneficial for creative thinking and visualizing your success.
I like to think of a reset spot as a place where you can find peace and tranquility while you are working towards your goals and dreams.
Learning to reset can bring many benefits into your life. Just like all of the devices in our life, the human brain also needs a reset in order to function properly.
I have experienced when we consistently place ourselves in these types of environments, we are able to reset mentally and get back to a balanced state of mind clearing the mental clutter.
Practice dedicating one day a week to finding your new reset spot and start making time for wellness and quality of life. Try to explore new locations and think about your true passions and desires in life.
