RevoFit® is now covered by insurance for both upper and lower extremity prosthetics—thanks to L7406 (upper) and L5783 (lower).
This means RevoFit adjustability is reimbursable for prosthetic volume adjustment.
Timing and reimbursement amounts depend on your insurance, so we recommend speaking to your provider to check. Mention codes L5783 (lower extremity) and L7406 (upper extremity) to confirm coverage.
