General SOP Instruction Lists

CYA – Remove country from earning CEUs

Website: Forms: Edit registration form
1. Do you want to earn continuing education credits? – In Advanced tab remove country that no longer offers CEUs from the conditional logic list
2. Would you like a FREE check socket kit? – If they are partnered with a distributor that can still send a kit, make sure they are in the list of conditional logic countries under the Advanced tab.
3. Update the form
4. In Notifications, check there are no unique notifications for that country.
5. Under PDF, simply click the Green on/off button so that it goes gray next to the respective PDFs (just in case we reactivate it in the future).
6. Under PDF, if the country is eligible for a free kit but not CEUs, we will need to copy another "CYA NO CEU AK <country>" (and BK) PDF setup. Edit it and update the title of the PDF with the country.
7. In the PDF filename, make sure it follows this nomenclature structure:
CYA-Certificate-AK {Your Email:2} ie. not CYA-Certificate-CEU-AK {Your Email:2}
8. In the PDF conditional logic, update the second setting to be "Would you like a Free Socket Kit" is "Yes..."
9. In the Template tab, choose "Default"
10. Save PDF
11. Lastly, in Keap: Add a campaign in Keap by copying an existing one which sends a notice to the distributor. Campaign would be called, "CYA BK Distributor Notice: Kit Ordered" with the respective distributor info added for this country.

New Distributor

1. Distributors Page: Add map listing (https://clickmedical.co/distributors/)
2. Distributors Page: Add listing in respective region (via Beaver Builder / Saved Rows)
3. Logo Gallery: Crop grayscale logo image and add to gallery on the home page
4. Find Distributor Form: Locate the respective regional results page, eg. https://clickmedical.co/distributors/northern-europe/, duplicate a button and update with new distributor info
5. Forms: "[2019] CYA – 1 Register" Add the distributor to the distributor question
6. Forms: Update distributor field for "[2019] CYA – 3 Order – AK Free Check Socket Kit"
7. Forms: Update distributor field for "[2019] CYA – 3 Order – BK Free Check Socket Kit"
