The purpose of this document is help our potential development partners understand the scope and cost to engage Click Medical to assist in developing a product. Additional costs may apply.
LEVEL PD 0
Cost: $0.00
- Definition: Use of a current Click Medical kit to solve the customer needs (NO development needed)
- Package includes: Standard Click Medical kit at MFG pricing
- Terms: No NDA needed, Approve product use and market, 25 units/order MOQ during validation period (3 months), After validation period 100 units/order MOQ, yearly forecast, no lead time
LEVEL PD 1
Cost: $2500
- Definition: Current Click Medical kit does not work, but small changes of standard components will work
- Package includes:
- 3 custom kits for validation per BOM. More kits available at MFG price
- 3 BOM revisions during validation period (6 months)
- Terms: NDA (if necessary), Approve product use and market, Create final BOM, Establish pricing, 100 units/order MOQ after validation period, Yearly volume forecast, Yearly volume commitment (250 kits/year), 60 day lead time on standard components
LEVEL PD 2
Cost: $5000
- Definition:
- Includes PD1 effort + more development time + broader access to non-standard parts
- Non-standard parts are off-catalog BOA components
- Package includes:
- 3 custom kits for validation per BOM. More kits available at MFG price
- 3 BOM revisions during validation period (8 months)
- Terms: NDA (if necessary), Approve product use and market, Create final BOM, Establish pricing, 100 units/order MOQ, Yearly volume forecast, Yearly volume commitment (500 kits/year), 45 day lead time on standard components, 90 day lead time on non-standard parts
LEVEL PD 3
Cost: $10,000 (additional costs may apply)
- Definition: PD2 + custom design + development consulting
- Package includes:
- Builders Box of available parts
- 5 custom kits for validation per BOM. More kits available at MFG price
- 4 BOM revisions per validation period (10 months)
- Terms: Mutual NDA required, Approve product use and market, Create final BOM, Establish pricing, Validate testing/prototyping, Sales contract, MOQ (100 kits), Yearly forecast required, Yearly volume commitment (500 kits/year), 60 lead time on standard components, 90 day lead time on non-standard parts
