Life is a lot like biking: there are ups and downs, it gets rocky, and sometimes you crash. But for Nick Gibb, life is biking. For those of you who didn’t read our initial story on Nick, he was hit with a pressure hose just below his left knee while he was working at Crested Butte Mountain Resort, causing his left leg to break into 40-50 pieces. Although his leg was salvaged, through the use of an external fixator, plates, and a cadaver bone, Gibb was just on the start of his journey.
