PERSONAL VISION
Continuing climbing compelling routes on big mountains, evolving and organizing expeditions that bring more veterans and individuals with disabilities, sharing my story through documentaries and social media pushes, and building my public speaking career.
WHAT TRUE SUCCESS MEANS
Sharing my story, making a positive impact on people’s lives, and living a life that pushes me to pursue larger goals.
A few words from Chad:
“I am excited at the possibility of representing a brand that has made a huge difference in my life. Also, I am excited that my involvement can help spread the word and make more people aware of this technology that can help improve lives.”
Chad’s Story:
Outdoor adventures have had the attention of Chad since he was a young child. As a 17 year old, that spirit propelled him to enlist in the ARMY and entered combat overseas. While running Convoy Security Operations, an incident left him with a severely injured leg and ultimately an amputated right leg.
With the help of adaptive sports organizations, he discovered ice climbing and mountaineering and has dedicated his time to the continued pursuit of those passions. A cause very near and dear to his heart is PTSD and participates in expeditions to further awareness and exposure of the effects of the condition.
In 2016, he accomplished his greatest adventure: summiting Mount Everest. He has taught and continues to teach and mentor disabled climbers and veterans and serves as a prominent advocate for this community.
